Bring on the salmon and vegetables while camping or at summer cookouts with my easy foil packet recipe. Simply choose a seasoning blend and vegetables, add a piece of salmon and olive oil - grill for 10 minutes and then your feast!
1 cup thinly sliced vegetables, such as bell peppers, zucchini, asparagus, or any combination of vegetables
1 - 6oz Salmon fillet

Directions
1. On a large piece of tin foil, add your choice of vegetables, top with salmon, olive oil and your choice of Victoria Gourmet seasoning blend. Pinch to seal creating a packet.
2. When the grill is ready, place the foil packet onto the grill and cook for 10 minutes for medium.
3. Remove from the grill. Unwrap and serve hot with a slice of lemon.
