1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. In a shallow bowl, add the Blackening Rub. Dredge the chicken into the rub covering both sides.
3. Heat a large cast iron or oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and when almost smoking add the chicken and cook until browned, about 4 minutes on each side. Transfer skillet to the oven to finish cooking chicken for 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches160ºF.
4. Serve warm with a lime wedge.
