Classic Sicilian Red Sauce

This recipe is so easy, but the flavor is amazing. Simply use it for pasta or as the base for any recipe calling for red sauce.

  • 1 large can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes, undrained
  • 5 tsp. Sicilian Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for 15 minutes before serving on pasta. Top with shaved fresh parmesan cheese.  Mediterranean Seasoning can be substituted for Sicilian Seasoning in this recipe. Best, Victoria
