Cucumber Avocado Salad featuring No Salt Lemon Pepper

This salad is both gluten and dairy free, vegetarian and takes all of 5 minutes to make. Warning -  this salad is highly addictive. 

Ingredients

3/4 pound seedless cucumber, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 avocado, pitteed and diced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons cilantro, roughly chopped
Hot sauce to taste

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine the cucumber, scallions and avocado.
2. In a small bowl whisk together the mayo, lime juice, No Salt Lemon Pepper and hot sauce if using. Drizzle over salad and garnish with cilantro.
