Gluten and Allergen Information

At Victoria Gourmet, we take allergen testing of our products and recipes very seriously. We know that many of our customers with dietary challenges turn to our products to add flavor to their meals. We want to be sure that you are fully aware of the many options available to you, whether you have intolerances or allergies to gluten, nuts, or any food.

Gluten Free

When Victoria Taylor says our product is "Gluten Free", we mean it is safe for anyone with a gluten intolerance. The FDA requirement for "Gluten Free" is 20ppm. We test each and every one of our production batches to make sure we meet those requirements. We use GlutenTox® Pro Testing Kits from Biomedical Diagnostics. You can feel safe using our products labeled "Gluten Free" in your meals, and enjoy every bite.

Gluten intolerances are on the rise in the US, but giving up gluten doesn't have to mean sacrificing flavor. Victoria Taylor’s Seasoning Blends are a safe way to add flavor to your diet that is limited by a gluten intolerance or celiac disease.

All of our products are Gluten Free with the exception of our Sesame Teriyaki and Kansas City Steak Rub seasoning blends (including the Kansas City Pulled Pork Packet and the Sesame Teriyaki Stir Fry Packet). 

Peanut Free

All of Victoria Taylor’s products are peanut free and are produced in a peanut free environment.

Peanut allergies are very serious, and of great concern to the entire food industry. Studies show the number of children living with a peanut allergy appears to have tripled between 1997 and 2008, meaning that more and more homes and restaurants need to be concerned with preparing foods that are safe for anyone with any level of intolerance to peanuts.



Dairy, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Soy, and Other Allergens

If you ever have a question about a specific allergen and our products, we invite you to contact us for more information. We never want you to be worried or concerned about a potential allergen in your meal.

There are hundreds of potential allergens, but eight foods groups account for 90% of serious allergic reactions in the United Statesmilk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. At Victoria Gourmet, we test specifically for gluten.

Our products rarely contain any of the other common allergens, however in the rare case that they do, each one is clearly labeled, and our Allergen Information is provided on the product's description page.
