I was convinced there was nothing better than a Georgia peach. I was wrong, wrong, wrong. Grilled Georgia peaches with Honey Aleppo Pepper are crazy delicious. I serve these as a side dish or on top of a green salad.
1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high. Then oil the grill by brushing an oil soaked paper towel over hot grates with the use of tongs.
2. Brush the cut side of the peaches with oil. Place cut side down and grill for 2 minutes. Flip over and sprinkle with Honey Aleppo Pepper.Cook for 2 minutes allowing, then remove from the grill. Serve warm or room temperature.
