2 pounds medium red potatoes, skinned
2 teaspoons salt, divided
1tablespoon whole grain mustard
1/2 cup olive oil

1. In a large pot add whole potatoes and salt. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. Drain. Cover )this allows the potatoes to steam) while you prepare the vinaigrette. Set aside.
3. To make the vinaigrette, in a bowl whisk together the olive oil, whole grain mustard, salt and Mediterranean Seasoning (or Grilled Potato Salad Seasoning).
4. Cut potatoes in half and toss with half of the vinaigrette.
5. Prepare grill to medium heat and arrange the seasoned potatoes cut side down.
6. Grill potatoes, turning until well browned and crisp on both sides, about 8-10 minutes.
7. Once done, transfer to a plate and drizzle the potatoes with the remaining vinaigrette.
