2. In a medium bow mix together mayonnaise and Smoky Paprika Chipotle.
3. Spread half the smoky paprika mixture one side of the swordfish steaks -place coated side down on the grill. Spread the remaining smoky paprika mixture on the other side of the swordfish.
4. Cook 5-6 minutes per side, or until just cooked through.
5. Garnish with a lemon wedge. Serve with a green salad.

Recipe Tip:
I suggest oiling your grill to ensure the swordfish does not stick. Preheat grill to 500º. Dip a folded paper towel into vegetable oil and with tongs lightly coat grill grates.
