Mashed potatoes are always one of the first things to go at family gatherings. These are so incredibly delicious and flavorful, I guarantee you will need to make a double batch.
3 Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled, cut into 1 inch pieces
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup half and half, warmed
2 tablespoons sour cream

Directions
1. Add potatoes to a large pot of salted boiling water. Bring back to a boil, then simmer uncovered for 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
2. Drain. Add in the butter. Cover for 2 minutes. With a potato masher or hand-held mixer slowly break up the potatoes.
3. Stir in half and half, sour cream and Honey Aleppo Pepper. Blend until creamy.
