1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and the panko. Cook 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from heat and stir in Zesty Lemon Herb Seasoning. Set aside.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Cook al dente. Drain reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
3. In a large bowl combine the parsley, basil, olives and olive oil. Add the cooked pasta and 1/4 cup of the reserved pasta water. Add the parmesan cheese, a bit at a time until the sauce coats the pasta. If needed additional pasta water.
4. Serve the pasta with the seasoned panko crumbs and more parmesan cheese.
