Linguine with Green Olive Sauce and Zesty Lemon Herb Breadcrumbs

This is my "something out of nothing" dinner. It is quick, easy and delicious. 


2 tablespoons Zesty Lemon Herb
1 tablespoon + 1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
12oz linguine or your favorite pasta
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup basil, chopped
1 cup green olives, pitted, chopped
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and the panko. Cook 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from heat and stir in Zesty Lemon Herb Seasoning. Set aside.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Cook al dente. Drain reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
3. In a large bowl combine the parsley, basil, olives and olive oil. Add the cooked pasta and 1/4 cup of the reserved pasta water. Add the parmesan cheese, a bit at a time until the sauce coats the pasta. If needed additional pasta water.
4. Serve the pasta with the seasoned panko crumbs and more parmesan cheese.

Recipe Tip:
The sauce less the pasta water can be made a day ahead. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing directly against surface, refrigerate.
