4 tablespoons Zesty Lemon Herb
1 pound Orecchiette Pasta
1 pound Brussels sprouts, cleaned, trimmed and cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 cup walnut pieces, toasted
1 cup bacon, broken into pieces
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 sweet onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, bacon and cook until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel. Break into pieces.
3. In the same skillet as the bacon, reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon fat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil, the onion, garlic and brussel sprouts. Saute for 5-7 minutes, or until onions are translucent.
4. Add the pasta, walnuts and Zesty Lemon Herb seasoning. Mix well.
5. Stir in the bacon and parmesan cheese.
6. Serve warm with additional parmesan cheese.
