1 tablespoon Zesty Lemon Herb
1/2 cup finely chopped herbs such as parsley, basil, tarragon, chives and/or mint
1 garlic clove, finely minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3/4 pound pasta, any shape
1 cup peas
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions for al dente.
2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl whisk together the herbs, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and Zesty Lemon Herb seasoning.
3. Two minutes before the pasta is cooked, add the peas to the salted water. Strain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
4. Whisk in the reserved pasta water to the bowl with herbs. Then add the pasta and peas, and cheese. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
