Ingredients

1 1/4 teaspoons Turmeric

2 1/2 tablespoons honey

1 Lemon Wedge

Freshly ground pepper

Directions

1. In a small jar or airtight container, stir the Turmeric into the honey until a paste forms. Store the paste at room temperature for up to 1 month.

2. For cup of Turmeric Tea, add a heaping teaspoon of the turmeric paste to 8oz hot water (not boiling) and stir until the paste dissolves.

3. Add a squeeze of lemon and black pepper to taste. Enjoy
