This simple and elegant dish comes together in just minutes. Gently cooked and tender salmon with hints of ginger, citrus, and dill are a perfect canvas for a tangy creme fraiche sauce. 


6 - 6 ounce salmon fillets, skin removed
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/2 cup white wine
6 ounces crème fraîche, optional
1 lemon, zested and juiced, optional

1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
2. Line a roasting pan with the onion and lemon slices. Arrange the salmon fillets on top. Sprinkle with Ginger Citrus Seasoning. Pour the wine and 1/2 cup water to the pan. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve warm.
3. If making, in a small bowl combine the crème fraîche with lemon zest and juice.
