I love tacos. They are delicious and easy to make, even for a crowd. I often double this recipe and serve tacos for 2 nights, there is never an argument in my house.

We love Texas Red Burritos made by substituting Tysons Oven Roasted Chicken Breast cubes for the ground beef. A couple tablespoons of olive oil in the skillet, toss in enough chicken for 4 burritos (a half a pkage works for us) and top with 2-3 (or more... to your taste) table spoons Texas Red. Toss (stir) the chicken till it's gets a little browned and serve with tortillas, sour cream and garnishes as above. We wrap em up like burritos and enjoy!
