1 pound ground meat (beef, turkey or chicken)
15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz can sweet corn, drained
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced red onion
4 cups shredded lettuce
1 diced avocado
1 cup shredded cheese
Garnish: tortilla chips, salsa and hot sauce
Optional: juice of 1 lime and 1 cup sour cream

1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground meat and Texas Red (or Taco Salad Seasoning). Sauté until just cooked, about 10 minutes.
2. Transfer to a large bowl. Add black beans and sweet corn. Top with tomatoes, red onion, lettuce, avocado and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips, salsa, and hot sauce.
3. Optional: Combine the lime juice and sour cream for an incredible lime crema.
