I often cook half of the meatballs immediately and freeze the other half. To Freeze them you will want to spread the meatballs on a cookie sheet and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes so they will not stick together. Remove the partially frozen meatballs from the freezer and place in a freezer or vacuum seal bag. Return to the freezer. This recipe is versatile. You can use Pizza, Sicilian, Toasted Onion Herb or Tuscan as well.
