1. In a small jar or airtight container, stir the turmeric into the honey until a paste forms. Store the paste at room temperature for up to 1 month.
2. For cup of Turmeric Tea, add a heaping teaspoon of the turmeric paste. Add 8oz hot water (not boiling) and stir until the paste dissolves.
3. Add a squeeze of lemon and black pepper to taste. Enjoy
