I simply adore this recipe. With 3 minutes of prep and 15 minutes of baking time, you are rewarded with both savory and sweet flavors as well as soft and silky textures. This is an exceptional side dish for turkey, pork and chicken. Leftovers make for a spectacular breakfast served with yogurt.

3 Tablespoons Maple Butter Baked Apple Spice
4 apples, cored
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Place apples in a glass baking dish
In a small bowl combine the butter and Maple Butter Baked Apple Spice. Drizzle over prepared apples. Bake for 15 minutes or until tender.
