An Exciting Dry Rub for Fish and Chicken.

This is a wonderful rub for fish and chicken, adding a depth of flavour and just the right amount of salt. The combination of herbs and garlic add just the right amount of aromatics to enhance the food. I used it as a dry rub on whole baked trout and all my guests were amazed at the new and exciting flavour. Excellent value for money.

I put out a dish of olive oil, add this spice with some red pepper flakes then bring out the bread for dunking and it disappears quicker than a blink!

It’s so versatile I use it in Italian dishes, I use it in, marinades, I roast chickens and turn it in to a rub for he outside of the chicken before roasting.
