This is the most versatile spice ever

I've been using Aleppo for about 3-4 years in place of black pepper in many recipes. I discovered Honey Aleppo Pepper about 18 months ago and now have it on my table as a condiment every day. It is great in recipes as well when I want a sweeter heat in a recipe. Victoria Gourmet is the only place I have ever find it. Great quality.

As the title says this is an easy delicious way to spice up your salmon. We don’t add anything but the seasoning and it is perfect.

A favorite!

From ribs to chicken, veggies to chili, this adds some spicy sweetness. The sweetness is mild, helps take the acid from tomato dishes without using sugar & the spice is just right. I know I’ll keep finding new dishes to use this in!
