Our Seafood Seasoning blend brings together the flavors of chives, thyme, oregano and lemon, accented with onion and bell pepper, for a taste that'll bring you straight to the seashore. Try it in two of Victoria's favorite fish recipes - Baked Cod with Chunky Tomato Sauce or the Broiled Fish Steaks with Herb Crust. This is a salt free blend.

Spices (thyme, celery, oregano, sage, black pepper), vegetables (garlic, red bell pepper, chives, parsley, green onion), turmeric, and lemon peel.

We just love seasoning our cod fillets. Dip the fillets in melted butter, with a generous coating of seafood seasoning and cook in a hot cast iron skillet. Add butter as needed. 5 minutes per side. Similar to blackening technique.What a delicious herbal crust! What a great white fish seasoning! Your seasoning blends are second to none! Thank You!
