Disappointed in the amount contained within the bulk container.

The bulk container was only 2/3 filled. I have received bulk containers of the cinnamon and the dried powdered ginger where the containers were filled to the top. Otherwise, the product is top notch!

I am glad you like the product. As to the fill height, all of our bulk containers are filled by weight. The price you are paying is based off a price per ounce that is cheaper than the price per ounce of the other smaller sizes. Sometimes the product can be fluffy and take up more space in the container, and sometimes it can be more dense and compact.
