Victoria's version includes a blend of seven, high quality herbs with the added brightness of lemon, unique flavor of lavenders and added punch of garlic. The complex flavor character of her Herbes de Provence adds a sophisticated flair to chicken, veal and fish as well as vegetables.

Ingredients: Garlic, spices (fennel, rosemary, oregano, basil, marjoram, thyme), sea salt, lemon peel, parsley, lavender.

I’ve been buying from Victoria’s for years and I’m never disappointed. Their herbs are fresh and fragrant.
Their customer service is also great. Once, I placed my order but forgot to use the promo code. I emailed them and they emailed me back the same day and applied it without issue.

I use this in soup which adds a nice flavor.

I bought this many years ago from Mrs
Taylor , who was selling it from her home
which was part of PPS festival of houses .
I might never have known about it had I not been on the tour. I also bought other spices
at that event .
