Victoria Taylor's Mediterranean Seasoning is a bold and versatile blend of classic Italian herbs and spices dominated by oregano and garlic. Large pieces of herbs and garlic add great texture and flavors to focaccia, stuffed peppers, and potato dishes. It also adds excellent flavor to roasted chicken, lamb, and vegetables. Also try it with Shakshuka.

Vegetables (garlic, parsley, green onion), spices (basil, rosemary, oregano, black pepper, thyme, chili pepper, sage), sea salt.

Processed in a facility with products that may contain Dairy, Sesame, Soy, and/or Wheat.

Chicken Gyro

I loved Greece - the weather, the blue of the Mediterranean Sea, and the food, specifically the gyros. I created this recipe relying on my flavor memories. Grilled herb infused chicken, tender naan, and tzatziki. These gyros are irresistible.

We love this seasoning. Of course I haven't gotten anything from VT that we don't love. Its great on vegetables and in stews. Was just sharing the smell of it and others with my S-I-L last night.

I love the mixtures of exceptional herbs and spices that I am able to get from Victoria Taylor's. I am particularly fond of the European and Mediterranean herbs and spices.

My secret to the best pizza!

I buy this mainly for pizza. I either pour straight tomato sauce on a crust and then sprinkle with this, a little garlic salt, and a pinch of sugar, or I simmer up a pizza sauce with olive oil, garlic, tomato paste, this seasoning, tomato sauce, water, and a pinch of sugar. It also makes the fabulous bread dipping oil, and is great on baked chicken to serve with a pita/hummus bar.
