Lamb Burger

Lamb burgers are reminiscent of a spit grilled Greek gyro. The addition of herbs and spices packs these burgers with flavor. Serve these on toasted brioche buns slathered with tzatziki, and topped with pickled red onions. Delicious!

Fantastic Dill

I will not use any other brand of Dill. It is great in Shrimp Salad. I use it when cooking squash from my garden. I also make a Dill sauce for our grilled Bass fish from our pond. Love it!
