I have been making Sicilian red sauce (6-7 hours of simmering) for a couple of years. It is the best. Victoria Gourmet Sicilian Seasoning added with the fresh herbs took it to another level. What do you call better than best!

The perfect combination

I love this combination for pasta sauce. It is a kick up from the usual Italian seasonings. It must be the fennel. Sicilian is shared with family as well.
