This seasoning has a well rounded flavor, savory and with just a bare hint of sweetness. I added it to some chicken stock when making onion soup and it was the perfect flavor enhancement.

Great Flavor

I really like this Garlic Onion Blend, but wish it was salt free because the salt limits the quantity that I can put on my food. (salt can put me in bed with a dizzy spell for over 24 hrs. I think the salt over shadows the flavor.

I initially ordered a pouch but after using the blend I ordered more. Is good on everything. Thought was so good I ordered a jar for both my daughter and daughter-in-law for Christmas.
