Amazing Shallots

I am embarrassed to say I once thought shallots were just fancy sweet onions. Then I started using them and I realized they are another amazing taste. But with my work schedule I can’t always chop fresh. I discovered Victoria’s gourmet shallots. I buy the bulk size and I add them by the hand full. They make my chicken soup amazing. And even a simple beans and greens dish is elevated to something special. Everything this company makes is best in the Bulk Size !!!

Can’t cook without these!

I love these shallots. I use them in anything calling for onions. They taste fantastic plus I don’t have to chop raw onion. If I’m blending something that calls for onion powder, I use these shallots instead. The flavor is superior. They make my cooking experience so much easier and they last for a year in their original container - I order the largest size!!!
