I can’t live without it!

This is maybe our all time favorite VT offering. We bring it with a mortar & pestle to make a rough bring garlic powder, and we use the slices as is to stuff in small slits poked into all sorts of meats to roast. Excellent quality, and being roasted, it’s is mellow, never with any bite, just great garlic flavor. Total winner!
