Kitchen essential.

I first used this to make an herbed brown rice to go with broiled fish. My family loved it and expects that exact rice whenever I make baked or grilled fish for dinner. I have kept it in stock for many years mainly for this purpose. But I have used it to make delicious roast chicken and potatoes, and I have used it in soups.
