Bourbon, maple syrup, and bacon are three of my favorite ingredients. Add in Brussels sprouts and you have one of the best vegetable side dishes, ever.
It is wonderful for Brussels sprouts and a glaze for pork tenderloin.

AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!
I have used this seasoning for my Brussel sprouts w/a dash of butter when I roast them the taste is simply amazing! I have also used ot on my pork chops when I make an apricot glaze. I LOVE this seasoning!!!

Good also for roasted butternut squash
Nice addition to flavors. I combined it with Pumpkin pie spice and a little Honey Aleppo pepper for some heat and the dish was delish.
