MARLEE SHAW
SPICIER THAN USUAL

LOVE THIS CONDIMENT BUT THE NEW SHIPMENT IS MUCH SPECIER THAN WHAT WAS IN OUR PANTRY ORIGINALLY. LIKED THE OLD VERSION BETTER & USED IT A LOT!

Hi Marlee - So the formula for the blend has not changed at all. It could be that the pepper used in the lot you have is just fresher. We do source fresh ingredients, but things like peppercorns are harvested during certain times of the year so it could have been a newer batch used in this lot. All our ingredients are blended together using the weight of the product, so it could also be that the pepper was running lighter than the previous batch - which would mean more pepper in this lot by volume.

always on my table!

YUM! I use this more than salt and pepper. It goes on salads, cicken, avocados. I'm addicted!
