I have been using Victoria Gourmet products for many years now. I think i have used every variety of salt you have ever offered and loved every one. Each one is unique. For a long time, Celtic Sea Salt was my absolute favorite. Instill really like it in soups and stews, but Trapani is the one i most often reach for because of its pristine taste.
I ordered the Pacific Coast Flake Salt to replace the Australian Flake Salt which it appears you no longer offer. I am happy with it as well. I use the flaked salts to season salads and at the serving table. They are so special.
I had suggested you offer a seasoned salt, flaked olives and sea salt. It is heavenly as a topping on salads when you want that Mediterranean note of olives. However, you haven’t listened to me. Yet.
I might as well add that i am a “seasoned” canner, and REALLY like the Sicilian pizza spices for my pasta sauce. Outstanding!
