Smoky Brining Blend brings together hickory-smoked salt and the mesquite notes of chipotle peppers to deliver a pleasing, yet subtle smoke flavor accented with the brightness of whole green peppercorns. This blend delivers great flavor to poultry and fish. Pro Tip: Use this blend to dry cure salmon.

Sea salt, demerara sugar, spices (green peppercorns, chipotle chili pepper, tarragon and bay leaf), chipotle pepper, dehydrated garlic, natural hickory and mesquite smoke flavors.

Makes a phenomenal turkey

We brine all our turkeys in this before putting them on the smoker, usually for at least a week. We boil certain herbs, dissolve the brining blend in the boiled herb water, let it cool down, then in goes the bird. A week in the brine, followed by 6-8 hours on the smoker, and nothing tastes better. This also REALLY jazzes up pretty much anything you might want to put in the slow cooker. I do wish we could buy it in the bulk size because it's a wonderful blend.

We love all the flavors and needed to re-supply the Smokey flavor. Our favorite is the Asian spice but we didn’t see it this time.
