I Have used toasted sesame ginger from Victoria gourmet for years as my go to spice for everything from baked salmon to a cold chicken salad and without fail, someone comments” what is that delicious taste I’m tasting?” And they are delightfully, surprised to hear it is toasted sesame ginger.
