Victoria Taylor's Fire-Roasted Tomatoes are sweet with a touch of smoky flavor, making them a perfect addition to Mexican dishes, chili, soups, salsas, dips and salad dressings. Add a few teaspoons to your favorite vinaigrette for a smoky-sweet twist on your traditional recipe. Victoria loves this ingredient as a delicious substitute for sun-dried tomatoes.

Fire-Roasted Tomato and Bacon Quiche

Quiche with a tender flaky pie crust is my favorite brunch dish. The smoky-sweet-savory flavor of the tomatoes combined with the salty bacon is out of this world. And don't forget it is super cheesy. I am sure it will be your favorite brunch dish too!

A lovely gift !

The seasonings that I purchased are to be Christmas gifts for my son and his girlfriend. The fire roasted tomatoes were a suggestion. However I chose a couple of others as well. I myself have used your seasonings for years and have enjoyed them immensely ! I’m sure they will as well !

Addicted to adding this!

I sprinkle this on any pizza being baked or reheated, and in any sauces or dishes that have any tomato in them. It truly enhances the flavors!

My favorite spice

I have ordered the large container several times as I use them in almost everything that I make. They’re wonderful both the way they come in a salad or to use them as a seasoning in sauces or gravy. They’re probably one of the most used spices in my household.
