Heat and true Cajun flavor- taste like dinner on Bourbon Street!
2 Tablespoons Blackening Rub
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
4 - 6 ounce white fish fillets (such as Catfish, Tilapia, Haddock, Flounder, Grouper)
4 lemon wedges
In a shallow bowl or pie plate add the Blackening Rub. Dredge the fish in the rub on both sides.
In a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and add the seasoned fish fillets. Cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until flaky.
Serve with a lemon wedge.
This recipe works great for chicken cutlets too!
