Toasted Onion Herb Mashed Potatoes
These are mashed potatoes of your dreams- creamy, flavorful and insanely delicious.
3 large russet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup milk, scalded
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons Toasted Onion Herb
Add potatoes to a large pot of salted boiling water. Bring back to a boil, then simmer uncovered for 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
Drain. Add in the butter. Cover for 2 minutes. With a potato masher or hand-held mixer slowly break up the potatoes.
Stir in the milk, sour cream and Toasted Onion Herb seasoning. Blend until creamy.
Garnish with parsley or scallions.
