10 Minute Corn Sauté with Herbes de Provence
I have been cutting corn off the cob after its steamed for years. But then I decided to remove the kernals before cooking. Wow, Wow, Wow...a deletable side dish in 10 minutes that pairs with any and all proteins.
4 ears of corn
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons Herbes de Provence Seasoning
Cut the corn off the cob.
In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, add the butter. Once browned, stir in the Herbes de Provence and the corn. Cook for 8 minutes or until kernels are just tender. Serve hot or room temperature.
